## Ayron Monroe |  Blockchain Lead:hammer: 

Ayron is a Blockchain Engineer with over 5 years experience building DeFi and NFT projects. Ayron is a former Top 20 Division I NCAA football player, a graduate of Penn State and a MBA candidate at Temple University. 

When he's not cutting up code, Ayron can be found mastering beats, creating visual art and spending time in Web3 communities in the DMV.

## Adrian Abrams | Head of Success✈️

Adrian has helped entrepreneurs and new businesses accelerate development as the founder of AppDrop, a drag-and-drop app builder. Adrian is also a marketing lead for Brightvine; a novel blockchain powered debt offering. Adrian was formerly an Account Strategist at Google.&#x20;

Adrian is graduate of Georgetown University, an author and podcaster.&#x20;

## **Darius Baxter** | **Strategy**  :handshake:&#x20;

Darius is an award winning philanthropist, most notably through his work as the founder of GOODProjects, a Washington, D.C. based non-profit focused on youth living in poverty. As the Director of Social Impact at Wondros, they serve as a creative agency, production company and movement incubator serving global leaders in business, social justice, innovation, public health, arts, and technology.

Darius is a Forbes 30 under 30 Alumni, Muhammad Ali Humanitarian, NYU Law and Policy Fellow, and board member of DC Central Kitchen.

When not spending time serving low income communities of color, Darius can be found writing for the Washington Post, advocating on Capitol Hill, and producing media for PBS, BET, and other major networks!

Darius is a graduate of Georgetown University.

## Lauren Reeves | Tech :brain:

Lauren is currently an investor at MGV. Lauren is former software engineer at top tech startups such as Postmates and Alto Pharmacy.

## Iman Haji, PhD | AI  🤖

Iman is currently a senior ML engineer in Google's YouTube ML division. Iman is a data scientist with over a decade experience building enterprise grade analytics engines in HIPPA compliant environments.&#x20;

## David Upjohn | HealthTech 🧬

David is the Operations Director for the Center for Regenerative Medicine at Mayo Clinic. David has experience managing the R\&D and Commercialization teams across Mayo's Audiology and Aerospace research departments.&#x20;

David is also the co-founder of Rx Mapper; the first turnkey full-chromosome DNA personalized analytics engine for patients, prescribers, and insurers.&#x20;

David is an advisor to the Daply team.

## Michael Orso  | Production :camera\_with\_flash:

Michael is a professional photographer, comedian, entrepreneur, activist and investor. Michael has worked with the world's leading brands including Vogue, Urban Outfitters, New York Times, FC Barcelona, Soundcloud, Boiler Room and more.&#x20;

Michael is an activist and founder of Represent Global.&#x20;

When he's not chopping up footage in the studio, Michael can be found at Gotham or The Comedy Cellar; on stage and behind the camera.

## Shayne Veramallay | Growth  :man\_mage:

Shayne is currently Director of Investor and Startup Services at Perkins Coie. Shayne has held executive roles at companies such as JP Morgan, Blackstone, Antler and more.&#x20;

Shayne is also the founder of CARBON Impact Holdings - a social impact fund.

Shayne is an advisor to the Daply team.

## Pasquale Scaife | Product & Growth  :spaghetti:

Pasquale is a systems designer. His project include building technologies across Web3, PropTech and HealthTech. He's worked on projects such as NLP medical encoding automation software for Mayo Clinic, and immersive escrow payments service for residential construction at BrikPay.&#x20;

He is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, and an active 3D/AR creative artist.&#x20;
